I have had service several years and always recommend MetaLink. The few times I have needed it, I found the customer service to be amazing.

They absolutely suck! The 10 days a month we actually get to use it. It's so slow we can't do anything without it freezing. Apparently it doesn't matter after you sign a 2 yr agreement. You have to pay and they don't care anymore. They did find the answer. It's the neighbors tree 6 blocks away. They have one limb that hangs over, they told us. So all we have to do is unhook it 20 times a day and we're good. Then we can actually hit 1 mbps. Anything would be better then what we have.
